KLD proudly congratulates Jaycee Toledo as the Employee of the Month in recognition of his exceptional leadership and administrative dedication. Currently serving as the Dean of the Institute of Foundational Studies and preparing to step into his new role as the Incoming Associate Dean of the Institute of Medical Laboratory Science, his relentless efforts behind the scenes have directly expanded KLD's academic footprint and opened new doors for aspiring healthcare professionals in the region.
Mr. Toledo is recognized for spearheading the process that led to KLD securing official approval for the Report on the Result of Preliminary Assessment (RRPA) from the Commission on Higher Education (CHED) on May 21, 2026. The successful approval of the program directly addresses a surge in demand for medical education in Cavite. With laboratory setups and class schedules now being finalized for the pioneer batch, the KLD community honors Mr. Toledo for his forward-thinking leadership. His work not only cements KLD’s role as a premier training ground for technical and diagnostic medicine but also ensures that the institution continues to provide affordable, high-quality healthcare education that serves national public health needs.
