The Institute of Nursing successfully conducted a series of Parent Orientation sessions for BSN Levels I to IV from June 22 to June 30, 2026, bringing together students, parents, guardians, faculty members, and college administrators in preparation for the new academic year.
The orientation for Level IV was held on June 22, followed by Level III on June 23 and Level II on June 29 at the CB2 Northpine Land Inc. Hall. The series concluded with the Level I Parent Orientation on June 30 at the CB2 Gymnasium.
During the sessions, the Institute discussed important academic expectations, institutional policies, student responsibilities, and matters related to the nursing program. Parents and guardians were also introduced to the learning experiences and requirements their children may encounter throughout their academic and clinical journey.
The orientation provided an opportunity for the Institute’s administrators and faculty members to address questions and clarify concerns from the attendees. Through the open forum, parents and guardians actively participated in discussions and gained a better understanding of how they could support their children as they progress through the nursing program.
The presence of the College Dean and members of the nursing faculty emphasized the Institute’s commitment to maintaining open communication and a strong partnership with families. The sessions highlighted the shared responsibility of the school, students, and parents in promoting academic success, professional development, and responsible nursing practice.
Through this series of orientations, the Institute of Nursing strengthened its collaboration with parents and guardians while reaffirming its commitment to developing competent, compassionate, and professionally prepared future nurses.
