The Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas (KLD) proudly congratulates the Alumni, Career Enhancement, and Services (ACES) Unit, led by Ms. Judea Arthuree B. Aquino, for being recognized as Office of the Month. This well-deserved recognition reflects the unit's outstanding dedication to advancing student career development and its unwavering commitment to preparing KLD graduates for successful professional careers through innovative and impactful initiatives.
A significant achievement that earned the ACES Unit this distinction was the successful implementation of The Regal Graduate's Pathway, a comprehensive career-readiness program designed to equip graduating students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed to transition from the classroom to the workplace. The initiative began with the two-day Graduate's Pathway Resume Seminar and Workshop, where more than 900 graduating students received expert guidance on crafting professional, ATS-ready resumes. Through lectures, hands-on workshops, and personalized resume coaching by selected facilitators and trainers, students developed competitive resumes that meet current industry standards.
The momentum continued with the Pre-Employment Readiness Seminar, conducted in partnership with the HR CALABARZON Group, Inc. Industry experts shared valuable insights on career planning, employment contracts, salary negotiation, workplace professionalism, corporate culture, and the competencies employers seek in today's workforce. This seminar provided graduating students with practical knowledge and confidence as they prepared to enter the professional world.
The final leg of the program, the Labor Education for Graduating Students (LEGS) Program, was conducted in collaboration with the DOLE-Cavite Provincial Office and the City of Dasmariñas PESO. The seminar equipped students with a deeper understanding of labor laws, employee rights, workplace standards, and civic responsibility, while also orienting them on KLD's Return Service Policy and community engagement initiatives. Through these strategic and holistic career development programs, the ACES Unit, under the leadership of Ms. Judea Arthuree B. Aquino, has demonstrated excellence in empowering future professionals and reinforcing KLD's commitment to producing career-ready, socially responsible, and globally competitive Regal graduates.
