This premier evidence-based clinical platform provides students, faculty, and researchers with comprehensive access to trusted medical textbooks, peer-reviewed journals, clinical guidelines, drug information, multimedia resources, and procedural videos, empowering the KLD community with the knowledge necessary for quality healthcare education and research.
Available to the Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Midwifery, Medical Laboratory Science/Medical Technology, and Life Science programs, ClinicalKey serves as an essential academic resource that enhances classroom instruction, clinical training, research, and evidence-based patient care. By providing access to current and authoritative healthcare information, the platform strengthens students' critical thinking, clinical decision-making, and professional competence while fostering a culture of lifelong learning among future healthcare professionals.
To maximize the benefits of this institutional investment, the College Learning Commons librarians participated in a comprehensive Training and Orientation on Elsevier ClinicalKey conducted by Ms. Maurin L. Malalay of C&E Publishing, Inc. The training equipped the librarians with advanced knowledge of the platform's features, effective search strategies, and best practices, enabling them to better assist students, faculty, and researchers in utilizing ClinicalKey for coursework, clinical practice, and scholarly research.
Through initiatives such as this, the College Learning Commons reaffirms its commitment to providing innovative library services and ensuring that every Regal learner has access to globally recognized academic resources.
