Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas held its Strategic Planning 2026 last January 13β14, 2026, at the Manny B. Villar, Jr. Hall. Titled ”From Plan to Performance: Putting First Things First in Strategy and Action,” the session was designed to bridge institutional priorities with unit-level performance. The program opened with remarks from Ma. Victoria C. Balbio and an overview of the 5-Year Institutional Development Plan (IDP) presented by College President Dr. Juanito O. Cabanias. The first day focused on Strategic Alignment and Prioritization, where participants reviewed accomplishment reports and attended workshops on identifying success areas and writing SMART goals.
The second day, themed ”Commitment and Action Planning,” transitioned into practical execution and performance management. The session covered the Strategic Performance Management System (SPMS) and a review of Job Identification. Throughout the event, participants engaged in breakout sessions to draft their own SPMS and demonstrate how the IDP commitments integrated with Department and Individual Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR/IPCR) targets. The program officially ended with a clear roadmap for KLD’s strategic future.
