Last March 24, 2026, a meaningful step toward promoting women’s wellness and preventive healthcare was successfully carried out through the Free ECG Screening for Women initiative. Spearheaded by the Health Services Unit in collaboration with the Gender and Development Unit, the activity highlighted the importance of prioritizing women’s health as an essential part of community empowerment.
With the invaluable assistance of the dedicated medical personnel from Triolab Diagnostic and Medical Clinic, the initiative provided accessible heart health screening, awareness, and early detection services for women within the community. The activity served as a reminder that proper healthcare and timely medical attention play a vital role in ensuring healthier and stronger lives.
The program emphasized that when women are cared for and empowered through health initiatives, families and communities become stronger and more resilient. Beyond medical screening, the initiative also fostered awareness on the importance of maintaining heart health and practicing preventive care.
The successful conduct of the activity reflected the shared commitment of the organizers, healthcare professionals, and participants in advocating for women’s wellness and holistic well-being. Through collaborative efforts, the initiative became more than just a health service—it became a meaningful expression of care, support, and empowerment for women.
The organizers extend their heartfelt gratitude to everyone who contributed to the success of this initiative. Their dedication and commitment continue to inspire efforts that champion wellness, awareness, and accessible healthcare for all.
As the celebration of Women’s Month continues, may this initiative encourage more individuals to prioritize health and continue promoting a culture of care, empowerment, and well-being—one heartbeat at a time.
