The Institute of Student Affairs, Character Education and Citizenship (ISACEC) has earned its place on the Wall of Fame. This honors the ISACEC's consistent ability to deliver programs that resonate both inside the campus and within the heart of the local community. A primary example of this was the successful execution of the Community Extension Program, "Lead Like the Babaylans: Rising with Strength, Leadership, and Empowerment," held at the Brgy. San Miguel Chapel. By engaging resilient PWD women from Barangays San Manuel and San Miguel, ISACEC brought the concept of inclusive leadership to life, proving that true empowerment recognizes no barriers.

On the campus front, the institute has remained equally dedicated to the emotional and physical well-being of the student body through the "Hapag Kalinga" initiative. Understanding that the pressure of examinations can be a heavy burden, ISACEC transformed the College Building 1 Lobby into a sanctuary of encouragement, providing free food and moral support. This gesture highlights the institute's core philosophy: that academic excellence is best achieved when students feel genuinely seen and supported by their institution.

The commitment to service also extends inward through the "Sustaining Compassion, Strengthening Service" professional learning sessions. The second session of this monthly series focused on the theme “Compassion Without Exhaustion: Strengthening Mental Health Support for Student Services Personnel.” By prioritizing the mental health of its staff, ISACEC ensures that those responsible for student care have the necessary resilience and balance to provide high-quality support without facing burnout.

Furthermore, ISACEC’s impact on public health was clearly felt during the Free ECG Screening for Women held on March 24, 2026. Organized by the Health Services Unit in collaboration with the Gender and Development Unit and medical professionals from Triolab Diagnostic and Medical Clinic. From community leadership to student nourishment and mental health advocacy, ISACEC continues to set standards for excellence, making its place on the Wall of Fame well-deserved.
