The Kolehiyo ng Lungsod ng Dasmariñas (KLD) proudly participated in EdConnect 2026, held on July 1–2, 2026, at Seda Vertis North, Quezon City. The conference served as a platform for higher education leaders, policymakers, academic executives, educators, librarians, and industry experts to exchange ideas, address emerging challenges, and explore innovative strategies that will shape the future of Philippine higher education.
Representing KLD at this prestigious event were Ma. Victoria C. Balbio, OIC Vice President for Academics and Programs Implementation; Cecilia Raquel C. Alvaran, Director of the Center for Knowledge Management, Information and Research Development (CKMIRD); Marvin B. Serrano, OIC of the CKMIRD Applications Development Unit; Reggie Mar C. de Castro, Lead of the CKMIRD Intellectual Property, Technology Licensing and Data Protection Unit; and Shaira Mae C. Grencio, Lead of the CKMIRD College Learning Commons.
Through active participation in the conference, the KLD delegation gained valuable insights into academic innovation, digital transformation, knowledge management, research development, and institutional excellence. These learnings will help strengthen KLD's academic programs, library and information services, research initiatives, and technology-driven solutions, reinforcing the institution's commitment to delivering quality education and fostering a future-ready learning environment for the Regal community.
