OVPRFMREA Administrators Join DOST-NRCP
Administrators from the OVPRFMREA were officially inducted as Associate Members of the National Research Council of the Philippines during the 2026 Annual Scientific Conference and 93rd General Membership Assembly held at PICC on March 13, 2026.

Administrators from the Office of the Vice President for Regal Formation and Mission, Research and External Affairs (OVPRFMREA) were officially inducted as Associate Members of the National Research Council of the Philippines (NRCP) during the 2026 Annual Scientific Conference and 93rd General Membership Assembly held on March 13, 2026, at the Philippine International Convention Center (PICC).

Our administrators were recognized across three NRCP divisions:

Division 1 – Governmental, Educational, and International Policies  
Cecilia Raquel C. Alvaran – Director, Center for Knowledge Management and Information and Research Development  
Kenneth A. Auxillos-Cualbar – Lead, Intellectual Property, Technology Licensing and Data Protection Unit  
Maria Lyn S. Alcances – Lead, Research Services Unit  
Bien M. Añonuevo – Lead, Mission and Development Unit  
Justine Joy N. Sabanal – Lead, Sustainability and Development Unit  
Catherine S. Oliquino – Lead, Sports, Culture and Wellness Development Unit  

Division 5 – Biological Sciences  
Dr. Arianne Grace R. Degras – Director, Elpidio F. Barzaga, Jr. Research Centers for Sustainable Governance  

Division 8 – Social Sciences  
Ernesto L. Bastida, Jr. – Vice President for Regal Formation and Mission, Research and External Affairs  
Rudy Bhonne R. De Lara – Director, Center for Linkages, Internationalization and Collaboration
