In a strategic move to enhance its delivery of academic and administrative services, KLD has formalized the new structure of its primary executive branches for the 2026 academic term. This reorganization introduces specialized centers, institutes, and units under the Office of the President, the Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs, and the newly renamed Office of the Vice President for Regal Formation and Mission, Research and External Affairs.

The Office of the President (OTP)
The Office of the President/College Administrator manages several key administrative offices focused on student records, personnel, and institutional sustainability. The Registrar remains the primary authority for registration and academic programming. Supporting the KLD's physical and operational resilience is the Center for Facilities operations, Risk management, Campus support and Engineering (CFORCE), which oversees units dedicated to disaster risk reduction, engineering maintenance, and physical support. Strategic growth and public engagement are driven by the Center for Public Relations and Institutional Strategic Management (CPRISM), housing units for planning, data analytics, and public affairs. Furthermore, the Center for People Operations handles human resources, while the Center for Quality Management, Accreditation and Certification (CQMAC) focuses on maintaining high institutional standards. The Center for Resource Economy and Asset Management (CREAM) completes the OTP's structure by managing the college's budget and physical assets.

Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA)
The Office of the Vice President for Academic Affairs (OVPAA) continues to drive the institution’s educational mission through its diverse institutes. These include the Institute of Behavioral Sciences (IBS), the Institute of Computing and Digital Innovation (ICDI), and the Institute of Engineering (IOE). Governance and community development are centered in the Institute of Governance and Development Studies (IGDS), while health-related programs are managed by the Institute of Midwifery (IOM) and the Institute of Nursing (ION). Scientific inquiry is housed within the Institute of Science and Mathematics (ISM), and the foundational curriculum is supported by the Institute of Foundational Studies (IFS), which covers humanities, philosophy, NSTP and human kinetics.

Office of the Vice President for Regal Formation and Mission, Research and External Affairs (OVPRFMREA)
Research and digital growth are centralized under the Center for Knowledge Management and Information and Research Development (CKMIRD), which oversees research services, web applications, and digital transformation. To expand KLD’s reach, the Center for Linkages, Internationalization and Collaboration (CLIC) and the Elpidio F. Barzaga, Jr. Research Centers for Sustainable Governance (EFBRCSG) focus on sustainability initiatives. Reflecting a renewed focus on character building and community impact, this office integrates student welfare with research and global collaboration. The Institute of Student Affairs, Character Education and Citizenship (ISACEC) leads this effort with dedicated units for admissions, scholarships, health services, and student development. These administrative changes reflect a commitment to providing a more organized and responsive environment for the entire KLD community. By clearly defining the roles of each center, institute, and unit, the institution remains steadfast in its goal of building a strong foundation for the Dasmarineños.
