KLD community extends its warmest congratulations to Jericko C. Delos Santos as the Staff of the Month for his exceptional performance and dedication as the Lead of the Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation Unit!
Mr. Delos Santos also serves as the Associate Dean for the Institute of Science and Mathematics (ISM), demonstrating his versatile commitment to both the administrative and academic growth of the institution. He recently spearheaded the checking and validation of the submitted Individual Performance Commitment and Review (IPCR) and Department Performance Commitment and Review (DPCR) forms. He successfully organized and conducted a series of strategic planning tailored for both the teaching and non-teaching staff. These initiatives have provided the KLD workforce with the necessary tools and strategies to navigate the challenges of the current academic year while maintaining the institution's high standards.
In addition, his meticulous approach to these evaluations ensures that every member of the KLD workforce remains aligned with the College’s mission of providing high-quality education to the youth of Dasmariñas. By taking responsibility for the evaluation of employees, he has fostered a culture of accountability and professional excellence within the campus.
